10 Years of Verotech – A Decade of Quality in Office Products
It’s often said that in business, the first years are a struggle for survival, while the later years are about building an identity. Today, looking back on the last 10 years, we can proudly say that Verotech has gone through both of these phases, becoming synonymous with reliability and innovation. It was a decade full of challenges, but also a decade of numerous successes.

From Ergonomics to Data Security
Every great story has a beginning. For Verotech, we didn’t start with advanced shredding machines. Our journey began with… office footrests.
It may seem inconspicuous, but it was then that we defined our mission: improving work comfort. Understanding the principles of workplace ergonomics allowed us to enter the market with products that truly relieved the spine and improved circulation for office workers. This was our first lesson – listening to the needs of the user. The turning point: the legend of the VS-2014CC
The real breakthrough, however, came when we decided to ensure not only employee comfort but also the security of their data. The shredding market was demanding, but we knew it lacked a device that combined performance, a high level of confidentiality, advanced features, and a reasonable price.

And thus, the Verotech VS-2014CC was born.
This device became a milestone in our history. Thanks to its durable cutting mechanism and high level of security, this model quickly won over customers. The VS-2014CC wasn’t just a shredder—it was our ticket to the top league of office equipment manufacturers.

A challenge that became a success
We won’t lie—these 10 years were a huge challenge for us. The office equipment market is changing rapidly. GDPR requirements, increasing digitization, and the ever-present need for physical document archiving and disposal required us to constantly adapt. However, after a decade of hard work, we can boast achievements that speak for themselves. Our portfolio has expanded significantly beyond shredders and ergonomics. Today, Verotech also includes laminators, binding machines, trimmers, and office and home accessories.
In many of these product categories, we have true market bestsellers, used daily in thousands of Polish (and other!) offices, government agencies, and homes.
